  • G. Sleep is a Superpower (A program highlighting the importance of sleep for mental and physical health and providing strategies for improving sleep quality.) 
  • H. Science of Happiness (Exploring evidence-based techniques for increasing happiness, focusing on positive psychology and life satisfaction.) 
  • I. How to Stubbornly Refuse to Make Yourself Miserable (A practical approach to managing negative thoughts and emotions and building a resilient mindset for mental wellness.)
