Clay County EDC NEBA is a collaborative initiative that brings together educators, business leaders, and community stakeholders to strengthen workforce development and better prepare students for future careers. NEBA focuses on aligning educational programs with industry needs, fostering partnerships between schools and businesses, and creating pathways for students to succeed in high-demand careers. By meeting monthly during the school year, NEBA provides a consistent forum for sharing ideas, resources, and opportunities that support both student achievement and economic growth in Clay County and the surrounding Northland region.
